will this fit my 47 CJ2a. want to eliminate my heat riser.

Any suggestions on how to paint this exhaust manifold, if that's required? Stuff I've seen online require baking that I'm not set up for. Also, is any kind of gasket seal needed on the new gaskets?

Bolt installed where stud goes on exhaust pipe end of manifold. Is it by chance reverse threaded?
