I have a 1953 Willys truck with heater will this radiator work for my truck? How many quart radiator is it? What is the center to center distance on the holes on the mounting bracket? What is the heater core made of. How does my fan shroud mount to this radiator?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, this would be correct. Its dimensions are: 13-5/8" x 19-1/8" x 2". I'll see if we can get the mounting measurements but they bolt right up to your grill. These dont take a shroud. Its not needed they give plenty of cooling. These are a steel/copper US made radiator.

Is this really all steel?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Steel/Copper construction.

I have the 50 Jeepster with the F head overhead valve engine will this radiator work?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, it will work for that engine. Thanks

I have a 48 Willy's Truck with 4 cyl. This doesn't look the same. Mine has a bracket attached in the center on engine side and inlet is on drivers side. Is this the replacement that I'll need to modify?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can match it up for you. Thanks!

I have a 54 Station Wagon with the 4 cylinder. Will #646325 fit in it or do I need a different one?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, this will be the correct Radiator for your application. Thanks

Hi, Im looking at doing a Willys truck... and need to find a good radiator. Yours doesn't say if its aluminum nor how many rows in the core. The truck is not my first.. have tried to do one from Willys I acquired in Western Washington. ALL were rust buckets. This one looks like it might actually be in pretty good condition! No front fenders, hood or grill... but will find. Power plant is to be my 4.6L jeep engine (1991), my first I converted over 20 years ago. The 4.0 block with 258 rods and crank. This connects to an NV4500 and NP205 with JB Conversions case, passenger side drop... thru Advanced adapters bell housing. Vacuum boost brakes and hydraulic cylinders mounted to firewall and Saginaw steering replaces the old Willys unit. Probably run 3.73's to keep it road worthy.. we'll see. I have a range of gears for building dana's for such as this... but far likely a 44 in front with an open or locked diff.. and a limited slip in the dana 60 rear. 4-wheel disc brakes. Interesting combo on the NV.. GM output with Dodge rear housing (actually a cast iron replacement found on "Diesel Register".. into a 1.875" "spacer/adapter".. allowing perfect male-female mating into the 205.. and a space for the shifter w/0 cutting the rear housing. Anyway, cant imagine this lacking adequate info for finding a COPPER core for a radiator. Fit up is in on top... passenger side.. and the water pump feeds from the lower, drivers side. I think the hose connections are either 1-1/4" or 1-3/8". Whatever is the normal size. Same as the 1974 CJ5 for instance. Thanks for your assistance! gary

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
All of our radiators will give plenty of cooling. They will even accommodate a V8 engine's needs.

Radiator 646325 Is the inlet bottom left and the outlet top right. This what i need cause of the V8 chevy thats in my 51 willys pickup.

Willys Tech:
If you have a V8 you may want to go with part number: 646325-ALUMINUM.

Which radiator is for a 52 4wd truck with 6-226 Super-Hurricane engine? thanks, whf

Willys Tech:
