Do you guys offer the parking brake lever stud?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No at this time.

I have a 1957 CJ5 the rear bearing cap is broken…I see this one looks similar to mine, do you have one specific to the CJ5?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We can recommend some salvage yards. Please email us to help.

Mike, I have the 1 1/8” shaft Dana 18 t-case. I need the rear bearing cap housing. I see this one is for the 3/4” shaft. Are they compatible or available for the bigger shaft? Thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Different. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help out.

Hey mike I have a very early 53’3b the transfer case has a different rear output shaft cover ( e brake was removed ) intermediate shaft measures 1” . I need a rear cover with e brake lever stud and proper mounting surface for the backing plate. Any ideas? I would like to go back to the stock e brake. I think it is the OEM transfer case.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help out with this.

How do they measure the shaft? Mine has a 3/4" bolt out the end of shaft.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I don't think you are measuring the intermediate shaft. See part number: A998

I have a CJ3A , seems it might have mixed parts, the transfer case rear bearing cap housing I have looks exactly the same as this part shown , how can I get the rite part , my shaft is 1 inch and the housing has one of the bolt down loops broken , the thin loop broke off where it attaches to transfer case, I might need a new housing , What part number is it ? Thank you

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can try to help you out. Thanks!

Will this fit a 1947 cj2a with the 1.125 inch intermediate shaft in the transfer case?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, it is only for the 3/4" transfer case. Thanks

Does this only work when you are in 2WD or can it be used while in 4WD? It looks like it would only work for the output to the rear axle and not the front.

Jeff:
I had an overdrive equipped ‘66 CJ5 when I lived in Arizona. I loved the overdrive and frequently used it when in 4wd on the desert and mountain trails. It kept me from having to stop and shift between high and low on the smooth parts of the trail.
Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Really you would never run the overdrive while you are in 4WD because you should never be going that fast while in 4x4.

I want to know or this transfere case rear housing (between the transfere case and backing plate) fits on a cj3b transfere case.?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is only for the Willys MB, Ford GPW, CJ-2A.
