BELT-1 or BELT-2 are good options. For space though most people go with BELT-1.

If you have a roll bar I would get BELT-3 for the front seats. If not either BELT-1 or BELT-2 are great.

Typically in 1965 they never had belts but you should be able to use the existing hole with no problem.
