The mission of this year's adventure remains the same. Did you know? Captain Scott’s efforts and participation in the annual, historic Rt. 66 event and convoy are specially dedicated to Alice Ramsey, the first woman to drive across the country in a Maxwell vehicle with her girl gang in 1909. Alice, a 22-year-old mother from Hackensack, New Jersey, made the monumental trip along with three of her female friends, driving 3,800 miles in total.
