They are used only. Or you could try this one and modify the brackets to fit.

Questions: I have received this frame for my CJ-3A. It is shorter in length and is about 2 inches shorter in height. It appears to be for the CJ-2A. If I install this tray, will it fit properly with the fenders etc? Is there a CJ-3A tray?

Yes, this should mount on your frame. They dont attach to the fender.

They originally used a 12 volt battery that had a battery top hold down dimension of 9-3/8" x 7-1/2" - see part number: BATTHOLDKIT

Yes this is the proper one for your vehicle. The brace on your frame will weld (or bolt) up you like.

It probably could with modification. CJ-3B was a bit different.
