Do the intake valve seat inserts need some machining to fit? Or can I pop the old ones out and drive in the new ones?

The should not need any machining to install as long as your block is set up already to accept them.

You list 2 exhaust valve seats for the f-134 engine. What is the difference?

Just depends on which style exhaust valves you have: rotator style or retainer style.

I have these fitted already in my Hurricane engine and they look like the original's. Would these intake and exhaust seats be the same size as what's already in ? Many thanks.
