Will these line up with the stock holes on a CJ2A hood?

Got '48 converted to a M38 Windscreen with wipers on bottom of windscreen...what's the height of this block? Currently blocks are not high enough and wipers hit hood b/f windscreen comes to rest. This after cutting the wiper bolts as flush as I can and still mount wipers.
