Yes, you can use your original wheels with a spacer for these kits. You just need to clear the caliper.

Any aftermarket rim they make would work because they will clear disc brakes. Make sure they are flush mount. You need to be able to clear
Rotors: 11-5/8" and have a back spacing of 1/2" - 5/8". Make sure your center hole is 4.25" to clear the hub.

You can put it anywhere inline that is free of heat. Typically people mount on the frame and line it in.

It is a good idea to change the master cylinder when switching to disc brakes. If you have a CJ then this is the correct part - 376896. If you have a Truck/Station Wagon then this is the correct part - 376897. Thanks

I don't know of a booster that works with disc brakes that we sell. Our booster kit requires drum brakes. We do off front and rear disc brakes or the booster kit but I really just depends what all you want to get into changing on your Willys.

You will need part number: A692 socket to remove both sets of spindle nuts. Once those are off everything will just slide off.

You should be all set on this. Occationlly you have to do alittle grinding on the backside of your rim for clearance if you are 15 but really you shouldnt have any problems. This kit is very straight forward and easy to install.

You want to use a master cylinder specific for disc brakes. We sell a kit try part numbers: 376896 or 376897 depending on your Willys. However we do have customers that use a standard master cylinder with little problem but we recomment the disc one and proportioning valve.
