Returns / Company Policies:

Easy Return Policy

Any unused parts (except Electrical and Special Order items) may be returned at no restocking fee. There are NO return time limits and a full refund will be given as long as the returned part is in new, unused condition. All returns must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by an RMA (return materials authorization) number and copy of the purchase receipt. COD returns will not be accepted. To return an item please call us at Toll Free: 1-888-648-4923 to receive your RMA (return materials authorization) number for the outside of the box. Any return without this number clearly written on the packaging will be refused.
Freight Policy
Prior to signing for an item, you (the buyer) MUST first inspect the contents of the freight. Once you have signed for a package, we can no longer file a claim for the item as damaged. If upon inspection, you find the item to be damaged, you must refuse the package. If you have refused shipment of a damaged item, call us immediately at Toll Free: 1-888-648-4923 and we will take care of your claim and ship a replacement part at no cost to you. Once signed for, you accept that you received the item in good condition and no damage was present.
