Questions: There's a bolt attached adjacent to the rectangle mount on the crossmember. It seems to secure a bracket to the frame that also has a tooth adjacent to the bolt hole. It seemed mine had a wire wrapped around and extending to the rear (of course cut off from destination). Is this some type of ground wire? It doesn't seem to be an add-on, because of the 2 holes in the crossmember.

Questions: I'm replacing the transfer case rubber mounts on a 45 Willys and we have the old bolt out and the small lower rubber snubber off. But, the problem now is getting the old large, upper rubber snubber out. The transfer case is resting on the upper snubber. Is it possible to remove the old and install the new snubber with the transfer case resting on the upper mount? Or is there much more to it? Thanks
