do these lower door patch panels work on a 48 willys panel delivery also. Not sure if doors are the same as the wagon. Thanks

I';m building a 53 truck, both of my doors were stripped out by the previous owner. The shells are good however I need all of the window tracks, latch/lock assemblies etc. Do have anything to help me out?
