Sorry nobody makes disc brake conversion kits for the planar suspension. We have all the original brake parts no problem.

Do these press on to the wheel studs, just from the front instead of behind? If so, are the studs listed listed on the site correct for these drums?

Yes these have to be pressed together with the studs on our site with the hub.
