In the picture for the part 906467 there are pictures Of two different pressure plates. Is there a difference for the L-34?

I note PN 906467 is listed for 1946-53 trucks. Mine is a 1957 F134, is this the correct PN for this model? Thanks

Mike, do you know of any problem it would cause to adjust the fingers out on this pressure plate?

These are preset to factory spec. Then adjust your free pedal travel to 1 and you should be all set.

Do the fingers typically need to be adjusted after installing a new clutch kit? My clutch relaease cable appears to be too long now and I can't take the slack out of it because I run out of thread on the cable since installing the new clutch.

No, these are pre adjusted. You should be approx. 1" of free pedal travel. This is done in the clutch cable.
