Hello I just purchased this kit and it all looks great. One question though i was thinking the leaf springs would come with pressed in rubber bushing on either side. Did I miss something? Thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We provide them in the kit for you to press in. Thanks!

I have the Assy Chassis M38 with the part number MCA 003 (from md juan website) , can be fit for your suspension overhaul kit?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
As long as it is a M38 frame with original hangers it should work for you.

What would be the tallest tire size with this kit on my 1950 m38?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
You typically don't want to go bigger than a 700 tire which is about 30-1/2" tall. Thanks

Is there any difference between this suspension overhaul kit for the M38 and the one for the CJ3A? I see that they have a different part number, but I can't tell the difference in the two kits. I have an M38 tub on a CJ3A frame. Thanks!

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
They use different shackles, leaf springs ect...Please call us toll free and we can help you.

Do you have the greasable shackle bushings? One of them on my M38 CDN has stripped grease nipple thread and several are clogged up and won't accept grease. Should they be replaced or just cleaned?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
802061 & 802062 are the complete shackle with bushing for your Willys M38.

My 52 M-38 has 10 leafs in front and 11 in the rear. Do you have these available in a kit or individually? I want to keep them the same. thanks.

I have a 50 m38 and would like to keep the factory height on the suspension but would like a soft ride spring. All of the soft ride kits I've seen have at least 2 inches of lift. Is there one with no lift?

Willys Tech:
Please call me toll free. I can go over your options. This kit is your best bet. It should raise you up approx 1 to 1.5 off what your sitting at now due to your sagging springs. It takes it back to stock height and gives it a good ride again.

I've a 1952 M38 Jeep Willys I recently purchased. Unfortunately I never drove it over 30 mph when test driving it. Today, I drove it and at about 32 mph it began to bounce and shake to the point it was hard to keep it on the road. Once I slowed down below 30 mph it was fine. It does not have the original suspension on it. Any suggestions on what may be wrong?

Willys Tech:
Purchase the steering stabilizer kit we sell. Part number: SJ-7100. It will do the trick.
