Need a hub for a 48 Batam trailer. It looks like a standard Willys Dana 25 hub. The races are Timken 18520. Will the Dana 25 hub fit?

I am having difficulty getting this seated in the inner part of the hub (649938). It is slightly too large to fit in the opening. Is there a different size for the inner cup? If not, does it have to be pressed in?
