Do the canvas crash pads come with the mounting hardware?

Good morning, I would like to buy the crash pads for a willys MB (item # B2304). I would like to know if they are already mounted on their panel (item # B2305) or if I have to buy the panel separately. I would also like to know if the canvas used is the same as the seats (color olive drab) that I bought from you for the complete set of seats more or less 2 years ago. Regards. Carlo Bassanini
