Part # 916688 Standard Piston Ring Set. Do you offer these rings in .040 over?

I am unsure if the engine I am rebuilding has factory bore and pistons is there a service limit or any measurable numbers I can use to determine if the bores are factory diameter and if they need bored before I buy rings? Thank you, Mike
