I have a 55 SW 4wd with a F-134 engine bought and I have now to replace the whole exhaust system. Is seems that the parts 641703 (mainfold pipe), 646512 (tail pipe) and this muffler are fitting. They are announced only for SW until 53. Could it be that my 55 is also using this system?

As long as you have the 4 cylinder engine in the Willys Truck or Station Station they will be correct for you.
