I'm looking for a fuel pump for 1967 Kaiser M715 jeep with a 230 Tornado engine.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Email and we can try to help you.

i have a 1960 utility st/wgm 6-226 , Idont need tehe dual action fuel pump.Is there a single action pump that would work on the 6 cylinder motor

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Only dual actions are available for that motor.

Does fuel pump include the fuel pump/block gasket?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, that is correct.

Will this pump fit the engine of my m38. I've got electric wipers and only need a single action.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, this would work for you as well.

I have a single action fuel pump on my 1960 CJ5, It needs replaced can I upgrade to a dual action easily or should I stick with the single action because retro fit?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I would only go back to a dual action if you need vacuum. If not just stick with the single action.

Can the bowl on 119239 be rotated 180 degrees so that inlet port is pointing toward the the fuel tank instead of toward the grill? Thank you.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, i dont believe so. It is set up like original so you wouldn't want to do this anyways. Your lines wouldn't line up.

Is there a rebuild kit for this pump 119239 ?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
A9293 is the repair kit for the original single action pumps.

Will this replace the airtex 6510 I have on my 1963 wagon with the tornado 230

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, sorry, this is not for the 6-230 OHC motor.

I live in an area where there is only ethanol-mixed fuel. Is the diaphragm in this pump made of Viton or other ethanol-friendly material?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, they are made for modern fuel.

I have a 1961 CJ-5, electric wiper motors. An getting no fuel past pump. Is there anyway to rebuild the pump itself, or better to just buy one?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Your better off getting a new one. I would check your lines and tank for any blockage as well.

My early 1946 CJ-2A (s/n 19786) has the single-stage fuel pump (item # 119239). My reprint of the Willys-Overland Parts List has no mention of a 1/4" spacer between the pump and block; is this spacer necessary for my Jeep to run properly? It seems to do fine without it.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The are used to cut down on pressure. If you are running too much psi I recommend it.

I am considering ordering single action fuel pump119239 to replace mine on my M38A1. I have electric wipers. Do I need to order anything else to install this fuel pump besides the pump itself? Thanks. Tim

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
You may have to rotate the diaphragm around for front engine plate clearance.

I have a 1957 pickup 6-226 I went to electric wipers witch fuel pump should I use as a replacement. thanks Pappy

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
735994 is the proper pump for the 6-226 engine.

I need to order a "Complete Engine Overhaul Kit" for my '48 CJ2A. Your parts catalog lists two kits: one for a 4-134L engine with Chain Driven Camshaft part no. 134L-HEAD-CHAIN ["application 41-46 MB, GPW. CJ-2A] and another kit for 4-134L engine with gear-driven camshaft part no. 134L-HEAD-GEAR [APPLICATION 46-53 Jeep and Willy's with 4-134L engine with gear driven camshaft].... Am I misreading the first kit in that it does NOT include the 48 CJ2a??? . How can I tell which one I need to order before tearing down the engine? Also, does this kit include gaskets for head and oil pan? Or do I need to order a separate gasket kit part no. 810584 ?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Early 1946-47 CJ-2A's used a chain driven engine. 47 + then used a gear driven engine. Its best to check. Just unbolt your timing cover. They come complete as shown with gasket set too.

I have a 1960 CJ-3B with a dual action fuel pump. I am going to a single action pump 119239. Do you have to buy the spacer to use this fuel pump, if the stock pump was the dual action type?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Typically no but I would double check your fuel pressure after install.

my old fuel pump looks almost like this but the top is differrent. also the topt was slightly turned about an inch sothe fuel linet would miss the brace going over to the motor mount. is it OK to turn the top a little because otherwise the brace is right up against the pump and cannot get fuel line in.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, it is perfectly common to rotate the diaphragm on these for clearance.

You have 2 non vacuum fuel pumps for the F 134 engine. Are there significant differences or advantages in comparison to each. Are both compatable with the new ethanol fuels. Are they American made Thanks Jax

Willys Tech:
The 119238 119240 119239 will all work with the 4-134 engine same as the dual action pump. They just wont have a hook up for vacuum if you don't need it.
