Does the "Rebuilt Cylinder Head Kit (Magnafluxed) Fits 50-71 Jeep & Willys with 4-134 F engine" come fully assembled and ready to install? The photos just show the head with no valves. Also, is there a core charge?

This kit includes a professionally rebuilt F-4-134 cylinder head, OEM head gasket, rocker cover gasket and water outlet gasket, (15) cylinder head bolts, (4) inlet valves, (4) inlet valve guides, (4) inlet valve springs, valve spring retainers, locks and seals all assembled.
