I lost all compression suddenly on my cj3a. Can the camshaft gear spin on its hub? Nothing seems to be broke inside.

1953 CJ-3B. How do I remove the fiber timing gear from the end of the cam shaft?

There is just a key so it should slide off. A puller may be necessary.

how many teeth on cam gear

56 tooth just like original.

need to know where the timing marks are on the cam gear?

It is stamped on the gear itself typically with a dot.
