Does this crossmember come with the plate?

I bought this bumper for my 59 CJ3B and it does not center up. the center up. the center bolt is not in the middle of the bumper. Why?

My 42 CJ2a had a rear crossmember that looks like this one. It was badly rusted. However you are listing this one for 48-49 not 42. If this is not the one for a 42, do you have one for the 42? Thanks

They didnt make CJ-2A's in 1942. 1941-45 MB/GPW - 1946-1949 CJ-2A are the years of production. We do sell the rear crossmembers for MB/GPW as well.

In my previous question I asked about a crossmember for my 42 CJ2a. That was incorrect. It is a 46 Cj2a. I need a rear crossmember for a 46, not 42.
