WHAT IS THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN THIS MIRROR AND THE $29.99 ONE YOU ALSO SHOW, OTHER THAN THE OTHER ONE IS CHEAPER AND COMES WITH A MIRROR?

This is just the arm. The mirror kit, 663642K, is for both arm and mirror head. And yes, it is cheaper to buy the whole unit. Thanks
