Do these handles come with hardware?

Can I get dimensions? I would like to put a handle over my glove box (MB38) as a grab handle.

Where does this go? I am restoring a 59 CJ 5. I have one very similar on my tailgate, but I think it may be smaller. I need 3 more for my tailgate. Thanks, V.

They didnt use this on the CJ-5. But Im sure you could add just about anywhere. They went on the side of the body on the quarter panels.
