For these NDT's is it tube dependent due to the rim or or the actual tire? I want to get these tires for another project that the wheel would normally not need a tube. Thanks,,

My jeep currently has 15 inch rims, I believe they are original to the M-38. The tires mounted are 215/75r15, so these would be the replacement I need, correct?

what is the heihgt of the tire

I noticed that the year(s) for the CJ5 tires above are 55-71, are the wheels for a 1974 CJ5 different and the 700-15NDCC wont fit..I have the original wheels on the vehicle..
