Is this the one I need for the 1970 v6 225, The worm gear num. is TL-123011 ?

My Jeep is a CJ 5A 1966. I am sure of model but not certain that steering box is the original. The casting no on my ROSS steering box is TL125999 with 2 7/8 inches C to C between top bolt and 3 1/8 inches between bottom bolt. Before I order please confirm the diameter of sector shaft. I am asking the question because I was told that for certain models the diameter is 7/8 of an inch compare to 15/16 of an inch. Thank you

Is this the Omix shaft that people had break? Or have the redesigned it?

Just making sure, is this in stock? I have a 64 tux park and it had the bigger shaft. When I type in the part number printed on the shaft it comes up M38a1.

Can you give me the length and the pin center of this 15/16 shaft?
