Are just the bushings available for this?

We can get them separate if you need them. But typically once you put these new shackle kit in - you would be good for a very very long time.

Will this work for replacing open greasable shackles ('53 M38A1)?

The hang up on that is that the bracket on the frame for the C shackles has threads. This is not set up to account for that.
