I own a 1963 Willys CJ5 and need a licence plate bracket and wondering how they are attached and the best style for this?

I need license plate brackets for my 1952 Willys-Overland M38A1 in US Navy livery. How do these brackets install on this model? Are there existing holes to which these are bolted, or do I have to drill for mounting this bracket, front and rear? Thanks, Pete

On some models you have to drill to mount. Many of the the civilian bumpers are already pre drilled to mount.
