Questions: Is there supposed to be a fourth piece on the bottom? The deflector on the bottom attached to the cross pipe has staple holes in it too. Thank you.

Questions: On my 1952 M38 these parts were totally "rotten" and appear to have been affixed to the grille with a wire type staple. What is included with this kit to attach the parts to the grille?
