Head of the bushing should be snug against the frame bracket and the bushing in the spring eye is 1/32" away from the spring as measured from the inside of the hex head to the spring.

Typically they used this shackle or part number: 916646. You just need to match up what you have in your vehicle.

Yes these are complete with fittings. You will know which when you take off the old ones. They will be either standard or reverse thread.
