Questions: Do you have to change out the threaded shackle bracket to use these and if so does a CJ5 threadless bracket fit the frame of the CJ 3B?

Really if your threaded style you have to stick with it. If unthreaded style you have to stay with that.

Questions: I broke the end off of the grease fitting and am not abe to find one that fits. They seem to be a pipe thread. Went to a local nut & bolt store they said it's a 3/8 pipe thread but can't get over half a thread. What comes with the kit thread right in to the bottom and no resistance like they are not tapped for pipe thread. tryed 3/8 and 10 mil. streight thread and the same thing.
Any ideas ??

You can use this one as a heavy duty shackle or 802061 & 802062 for the standard shackles. Thanks

Questions: I purchased these for my 70 CJ5. Do I take out the rubber bushings and use the brass one that come in the kit? Or did I order the wrong thing

Questions: My M38A1 had no suspension on it when I got it, so I have nothing to base my purchases upon. Do these require springs that have no bushings in them? Or springs with a specific bushing already installed?

928764 would be the proper shackle for your M38A1. It comes with bushings complete.

Rancho doesn't make a proper kit for the MB to my knowledge.
