Yes, the shaft is cut to length or the motor spaced away so you will still be able to fold it down.

You can optionally wire this in. But typically you wire thru the motor itself to turn on and off.

They didnt make CJ-3B in 1969. But yes, it does function for top mounted wipers. Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com some pictures of your Willys and we can ID it for you. Thanks!

3" long shaft. These fit a number of Willys Jeeps. You have to space the motor out away from the windshield frame or some people will simply use a pipe cutter to reduce length of inner and outer shaft. I recommend using a simple tube spacer.

Your fuel gauge is the one that will have to be changed. We have them as well. The alternator comes with a new amm gauge with it.
