Q: How can I get an update on my order’s status?

Q: How much is international shipping?
A: We only charge actual UPS international rates. After your order is placed, we’ll contact you for approval before shipping. Rates are based on dimensional weight, and nothing is shipped without your confirmation.

Q: How do I make a return?
A: All returns must:

1. Be shipped prepaid.
2. Include an RMA number and a copy of your purchase receipt.
   To receive your RMA number for the outside of the box, call us Toll-Free at +1 (888) 648-4923 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST).
   Returns without an RMA number clearly written on the packaging or sent COD will be refused.

Q: Can I see my order history?
A: Yes! Just log into your Account and click on the Order History tab.

Q: What does NOS mean?
A: New Old Stock—factory original parts that were never installed. These are rare and once sold out, they’re gone forever. Visit our USA Made and NOS Category or check our eBay Store for hard-to-find parts.

Q: Where can I find take-out or used parts?
A: Call us Toll-Free at +1 (888) 648-4923 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST). We can direct you to trusted salvage yards when new or NOS parts aren’t available.

Q: Do you offer mechanical services?
A: Yes! We rebuild fuel pumps, carburetors, generators, starters, wiper motors, and cable setups for Trucks and Station Wagons. For other needs, call us Toll-Free +1 (888) 648-4923 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM EST) and we’ll help or refer you.

Q: Where can I get my engine rebuilt?
A: We recommend finding a local machine shop to build a relationship and have access to a local warranty.

Q: Where can I find questions about a part I am interested in?
A: You can find the Questions & Answers section on each product page below the Add to Cart button.

Q: Need help using the website?

A: Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Q: I moved. How do I update my address?
A: Log in and go to Addresses to edit or add new ones. If you’ve already placed an order, email mike@kaiserwillys.com or call 1-888-648-4923.

Q: How do I manage my subscriptions?
A: Log into your account and click on the Subscriptions tab.

Q: Do you have restoration or step-by-step how-to videos?
