This solenoid work as a surface mount on the wall and is it a 3 or 4 plug pictures show 2 different ones?

You can flatten the brackets to mount to a flush surface if you like. We can typically get both styles. It depends what is available at the time.

I need the junction bar from the solenoid to starter. Is that available?

Does this come with the screws that mount to the starter? If not do you know what size they are? Thanks

Yes, if your current set up requires one. They were not used originally on the 3A. It had a mechanical switch which we have as well. 118397
