Questions: On my invoice it has part# 805150, which you say has an OD of 2.9. The seals I received have an OD of 2.75. Did someone accidentally send the dana 27 seals?

Yes if you have the Dana 25 it should. If your wheel bearings are stamped 'LM' typically with the Dana 27 you want part number:938151

Yes this is the hub seal for your bearings. It will keep the grease off your brakes.
