I just bought a 1952 CJ-3A what type of fluid goes in the brake master cylinder? also it seems there may be a clutch brake pedal lock they seem to move easily together but when you try and move them separately there is a strong drag they only want to move together like there's a lock or something? the two shifters to the right of the main one what are they and the one between the seats? help help thanks

Willys Tech:
Typically you use DOT 3 fluid. You just need to inspect for wear and grease on the clutch and brake pedal. It is probably sticking. I would also check your return springs too. That is your transfer case shifters. Hi/low and 4wd in/out.

Do you have an owners manual for a 1945 CJ-2A Willys? If not, where can I order one? The Serial number on my Jeep is 11824, the very last one produced in 1945.

Willys Tech:
This manual will be the correct one for you.
