I have a 50 Jeepster and I have trouble changing gears. Will the Shift Shaft Lever Insulators solve the problem? After installation, will the rods have to be aligned? And finally, how many insulators will I need? I was told by one source that two were needed and you advertise that three are needed. There are 2 there. If you are having trouble shifting it may be your shift forks or syncronizer that needs to be addressed.

diagram shows 2 on the shafts but narrative on item listing says 3 required. where is 3 one at?
