Yes that is correct for all vehicles listed above.

I'm too fat to fit behind the wheel of my M38a1. Is there a smaller diameter steering wheel that I can install ?

Your best bet is to modify your seat frames. You need the leverage of the original steering wheel to turn properly. Some poeple put the tanks in the back.
