These are 12 volt but you could possibly swap out the bulb.

This assembly looks like it will fit my 1970 Jeep CJ5. It is also 4-1/4 in diameter with three mounting studs. Would you agree that it will fit?

Sorry, we just got these back in. They are 4-1/4 diameter. It uses studs in the back.
