My chassis needs this bellcrank welded on what are the exact measurements where this belcrank is supposed to sit?

My 3B hit hard up front - broke axle and bent housing. How can I tell if I need this bracket? Is the bellcrank supposed to rotate exactly in a horizontal plane with the central shaft perpendicular to the ground front to back and left to right? There are no specs in my manuals to suggest anything other than perpendicular.

If yours is cracked or the hole for the pin is enlarged I would consider replacing.
